唐山方管市场价格普遍小降。早盘唐型降10-20，期螺震荡走高提振，市场成交明显好转，午后部分低位高靠10元，截止16点统计唐山24家方管厂共出货53400吨，较昨日 上升11.2%。工字钢7家14000吨，槽钢12家25200吨，角钢5家14200吨。据悉4月中旬，轧钢厂或再度限产，目前厂家有一定利润，生产积极性较 高，但短期库存上量不多，钢厂仍存挺价意愿。午后钢坯价格持稳，成交好转，预计明日唐山方管价格将主稳个涨。
